Production History

Repercussion Theatre presented its first Shakespeare-in-the-Park production in the summer of 1988. A dedicated group presented four performances of A Midsummer Night’s Dream to 800 people in Beaconsfield. The following year, Othello and Twelfth Night played to 5,000 spectators and the tour rapidly grew to 15 performances. Audiences have continued to grow with each passing summer — now reaching over 10,000 spectators for this cherished annual event.
