Because of a generous donation by the Birks Family Foundation this year, we were able to purchase equipment and items that went a long way to making our tour more efficient and effective. We purchased 6 road cases, two sets of work lights, a mini generator, two sturdy costume racks, various cable mats, 5 custom-printed teardrop flags, a tent top (to replace one that had become very weather-worn!), 5 folding tables of different sizes, and a number of rubber bins (which we use a lot.) Some of the money also went towards renting equipment for the tour – which is necessary for us – but these purchased items will be gifts that keep on giving for years to come. Thank you, Birks!
