The Taming of the Shrew (2012)

The Play

When fortune-hunting scoundrel Petruchio meets wealthy, shrewish Katharina, sparks fly (and furniture too!) as would-be lovers battle it out, because as we know, love is a battlefield.  Shakespeare’s comic genius shines as the conflict of the sexes takes centre stage in The Taming of the Shrew. Like any good romantic comedy – when the heated arguments and passionate disdain subside – love prevails!
