Kirsten hails from a small town in Saskatchewan called Lumsden. She received her Bachelor of Fine Arts in acting at the University of Alberta in Edmonton. She is known best in Montreal for her solo Blink Blink Blink which appeared at Montreal Fringe 2011 and Centaur’s Wildside Festival 2012. Her second solo show Tough! is playing as part of this Montreal Fringe where Kirsten is also a co-host of the popular Fringe late night talk show The 13th hour.  Kirsten was also a co-founder and director of the Montreal Improv Theatre. Other Montreal credits include Ogoki Nights 1 and 2, Squeegie Nights, and Dead Pigeons Society for Le Nouveau Theatre Sainte Catherine.
